Waiting list terms
Effective from 17 October 2026.
1. What this site is
szpontland.pl announces the Szpontland community for people who make money online. Until the opening, the site is used only to join the waiting list (the “key request”), enable push notifications and reach the community channels on Discord and Telegram. The service is run by MEDIA DIGITAL BUSINESS L.L.C.-FZ, CIF 015913191, Meydan Grandstand, 6th floor, Meydan Road, Nad Al Sheba, Dubai, United Arab Emirates (the “Operator”).
2. Joining the list
- Joining is free and voluntary. It requires an email address or phone number and ticking the consent to receive messages.
- You must be an adult. You provide only your own contact details.
- The “key” and its number are part of the site's design and give no rights or guarantee of admission to the community once it opens.
- You can leave the list at any time by writing to [email protected]. Push notifications can be turned off in your browser settings.
3. Messages
After joining you may receive emails, SMS and push notifications about the opening of Szpontland, news and invitations. Not more often than needed, and your data is not passed to other companies for their own purposes. Data processing is described in the privacy policy.
4. External channels
Discord and Telegram are services of other companies with their own terms. The Operator is responsible for the content it publishes, not for the operation of those platforms.

Content on the site and in the community channels is informational and based on shared experience. It is not financial, tax or legal advice and guarantees no earnings. You make your own decisions at your own risk.
6. Complaints and contact

7. Changes
The Operator may change these terms by publishing a new version with a new date. Changes do not limit rights acquired before they take effect.
